Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced System Implementation Change Management Lead to oversee end-to-end support for all business users impacted by the implementation of our new Oracle Cloud systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in change management, training, and communications, as well as a deep understanding of system implementations and program management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Change Management Strategy:** Execute comprehensive change management plans to facilitate the smooth adoption of the Oracle Cloud systems across all affected business units.
- **Stakeholder Engagement:** Lead and manage a diverse group of stakeholders, including business leaders, functional experts, and end-users, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the implementation process.
- **Training Development and Delivery:** Design, create, and deliver training programs tailored to various user groups, ensuring all users are equipped to effectively utilize the new system.
- **Communication Planning:** Develop and disseminate clear, concise, and engaging communications regarding system changes, benefits, and timelines to all stakeholders.
- **Program Management:** Utilize program management methodologies to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of implementation milestones.
- **User Support:** Provide ongoing support and resources to users post-implementation, addressing concerns and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, training, and communications within large-scale system implementations, preferably with Oracle Cloud ERP systems.
- **Stakeholder Management:** Proven experience in managing large, diverse stakeholder groups, with a focus on effective communication and relationship-building.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Strong understanding of system implementations, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- **Customer Focus:** Demonstrated commitment to user satisfaction, with a user-centric approach to training and support.
