Proposal Manager

We are currently looking for a qualified Proposal Manager for a remote contract opportunity with a 6+ month duration. This role is with HPE Aruba Networking, and we believe your skills may be a great fit.

Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)
 
Role Summary:
As a Proposal Manager, you will play a key role in responding to RFPs and RFIs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, marketing, and engineering, to deliver compelling and accurate responses to customer requests.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Define RFP scope and work with sales teams to develop strategic responses.
- Manage deadlines and coordinate information gathering, writing, and approvals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across departments.
- Ensure proposal quality and consistency using templates and style guides.
- Continuously improve proposal processes and content.
- Research and draft custom content when boilerplate material is insufficient.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on proposal management experience.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience in networking or wireless technologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
