Senior Systems Engineer
Description
What you will do:
* Serve as primary administrator for Workspace ONE, including confirmation, policy management, app deployment, and troubleshooting
* Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management solutions for Windows MacOS, iOS, and Android devices.
* Work across the organization and engineering teams to deliver high quality products and solutions.
* Lead or support automation and scripting initiatives for device onboarding, configuration, and reporting
* Monitor system peformance, generate reports, and recommend improvements
* Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis
* Follow Sephora established best practices to implement tools and infrastructure for build-release-test automation and cloud-backend services.

Skills
* Extensive, hands-on Workspace ONE administration experience in an enterprise environment
* Strong understanding of endpoint lifecycle management and MDM/MAM principles
* Proficiency with PowerShell and similar scripting languages
* Deep knowledge of iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows operating systems
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
* Experience with Zero Trust and conditional access models
* Familiarity with identity providers such as Azure AD & Okta
* Prior experience supporting remote or distributed teams
* Experience with Jamf or other MDM solutions
