Summary We're seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master to guide our supply chain and merchandising team to maximum efficiency and agility
In this role, you'll be a champion of Agile principles, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing roadblocks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Your collaboration and communication skills will be vital in aligning the cross-functional disciplines of supply chain and merchandising to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Key Responsibilities Agile Facilitation: Lead daily Sprint stand-ups, planning meetings, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure adherence to Scrum principles and achievement of Sprint goals
Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices, promoting self-organization and cross-functional collaboration
Shield the team from external distractions, helping to resolve impediments, escalate issues, and manage dependencies across the organization
Process Optimization: Track team performance using Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity), identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback
Facilitate process improvement workshops and retrospectives to address team challenges and enhance overall productivity
Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization
Team Development Foster a positive, collaborative, and transparent team environment based on trust and respect
Assist in conflict resolution, encouraging healthy communication and problem-solving within the team
Mentor team members, providing opportunities for growth and professional development
Organizational Change Agent: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile values across the broader organization
Partner with stakeholders throughout the organization to understand business goals and align supply chain and merchandising efforts accordingly
Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a relevant industry
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Deep knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies (Kanban, XP, etc.), and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
Preferred Experience in retail, supply chain management, merchandising, or e-commerce environments
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools to track team metrics
