Executive Assistant

Bayone Solutions Inc Mountain View, CA (Onsite) Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists the Executive Team with a broad variety of administrative tasks including calendar management, arranging complex/detailed travel, generating itineraries and meeting agendas, expense reporting, preparing correspondence, etc

- Calendar, time and email management
Prioritize and create efficiencies by effectively managing calendar events, reading/routing email and drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc

- Proactively researches and prioritizes upcoming issues and concerns while determining a course of action

- Keeps the Executive Team informed of all upcoming commitments and responsibilities, planning accordingly

- Office management duties may include overseeing meeting room reservations etc

-Arranging work requests with outside vendors for projects
Assist with ordering group meals, event planning


Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience partnering with and supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a publicly traded, high tech company

- Highly proactive with strong organization skills, reflecting the ability to perform and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks

- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams, Board Members and media

- Strong decision-making capability and a proactive approach to problem solving

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Emotional maturity and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, PowerPoint
