Business Process Analyst

Bayone Solutions Inc Austin, TX (Onsite) Full-Time

Location can be remote.

Job Description: To analyze, understand, and document existing business process workflows developed in Microsoft tool to facilitate the migration to Camunda BPM.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze current business process workflows, including their structure, processes, and dependencies.
  • Identify key components, tasks, and decision points within the workflows.
  • Create detailed documentation of the existing workflows, including process maps, flowcharts, and descriptions.
  • Ensure documentation is clear, comprehensive, and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Map existing workflow components to Camunda BPM equivalents, ensuring functional parity.
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders regularly.
  • Assist in the testing of migrated workflows to ensure they function correctly in the Camunda BPM environment.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.
Experience:
  • 8-10 years of IT experience in business process workflow analysis , implementation, documentation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft workflow tools and Camunda BPM.
  • Experience in business process management and migration projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating process maps and flowcharts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
