Description/Comment:
Develop use-case pipeline for the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) COE by providing all levels of education about RPA, presenting at company town halls, team meetings, and other organized events.
Prepare and maintain online content about RPA.
Manage a team of 4 business analysts to deliver multiple robotics and automation initiatives globally and companywide to obtain the ROI for each automation.
Manage program deliverables while maintaining adherence to governance/change management process, adherence to best practices, overall program prioritization, coordination with 3rd party vendor, and Steering Committee and Business Process Owner communications.
Lead end-to-end business process review meetings/workshops, documenting current process identifying pain points and opportunities for simplification and standardization.
Review areas for improvement making appropriate recommendations; including business process change, system configuration change, the introduction of robotics (RPA); ensuring upstream and downstream processes and impacts are addressed.
Deliver identified process improvement changes addressing statutory and/or ROI requirements.
Serve as a Testing Resource when required: Review test scripts, ensuring all positive, negative, and controls scenarios are included for various projects.

Key Results:
A continual healthy pipeline of RPA use-cases with good ROI.
Effective deployment of all aligned RPA automations per the agreed-upon project plan schedule
Completed review of identified end-to-end business processes with identified changes and remedies for pain points in processes and implementation of identified changes
Key Responsibilities:
RPA Pipeline development activities: 25% of time
Team Management: 20% of time
Day to day management and coordination of RPA teams to deliver identified robotics solutions: 25% of time
End-to-End Process reviews and workshops & Implementation of process changes (i.e
business process changes, system configuration change, the introduction of robotics/automation): 30% of time
Additional Scope Information: The scope of the role is global and spans all functions within LS&Co
Peers: RPA Transformation Lead, Business Process Owners, SOLAR functional process owners
Additional Job Details:
This is a DIRECT HIRE position 20% fee Urgent need / ASAP start Remote within North America, Europe, or India - working hours dependent on associate's location Salary will depend on where the resource is located
The expectation is that the HIGHEST pay band would be in the Bay Area
That is capped at ***K annually.
