Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design original illustrations and graphics for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, development) to create high-quality visual assets for web, social media, product interfaces, and advertisements.
3. Work with the creative team to develop concept art and design styles for new projects.
4. Create visually appealing layouts, typography, and iconography for branding materials.
5. Produce design assets for both static and animated formats, including social media posts, banners, website elements, etc.
6. Review and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques in illustration and design.
8. Maintain a consistent visual language across all design projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of illustration and visual design work.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and other relevant software.
4. Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
5. Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Experience with UI/UX design and motion graphics is a plus.
