Senior Technical Project Manager

Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and control

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure that the team is following Agile best practices

Work with stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize the project backlog

Develop and execute project plans that align with business objectives

Manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Coach and mentor team members to develop their technical and project management skills

Collaborate with other teams to ensure that projects are delivered in a coordinated manner

Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in a technical project management role

Proven track record of success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget

Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
