Description:
- Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate support.
- First point of customer contact for support general inquires like transactions status, worker status, etc.
- Ensures excellent customer service through the fast and accurate resolution of queries.
- Understands Cisco's contingent worker recruitment best practices, country regulations to be able to contribute advise the Cisco hiring managers.
Competencies:
- Experienced in P2P support.
- Prioritizing and time management.
- Customer-oriented and result-driven.
- Process and data-driven attitude.
- Good to have experience in MSP, VMS, ServiceNow, and Click to chat.
