Software QA Engineer- Pharmacy Exiperince
Description:
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Act as liaison for the Pharmacy testing team but also be able to perform the tasks below:
• Develops and reviews the Test Plan with stakeholder
• Generates test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Follows testing standards and processes
• Executes test cases and test scripts based on priority
• Communicates risk and mitigation plans for the project(s)
• Helps resolve issues/remove roadblocks for the project test team and/or escalates accordingly
Qualifications:
• 4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field) and/or
• 8+ years' experience in managing all quality deliverables for complex interdependent programs/projects.
• Both front and back-end systems experience is preferred
• Experience with authoring and executing test plans.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and processes.
• Strong experience with the full software development lifecycle and software development methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
• Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Passion for testing excellence through automation and process improvements.
• Solid experience with effectively leveraging tools such as Client ALM Suite.
• Experience uncovering and clearly documenting defects with attention to details.
• Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training and a strong aptitude for delivering quality products.
• Pharmacy background (EPS) exp.
