Job description
HireArt is helping our client hire an Autonomous Vehicle Triage Specialist to be an integral part of the daily vehicle operations activities on the road. You will primarily be responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, and escalating issues reported by the vehicle operators.
In this role, your work capturing and escalating issues will help in prioritizing activities across the software development and hardware teams.
Shifts available:
AM Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM | PM Shift: 2:30PM - 10:30PM (PST) (Shifts are available 7 days a week)
As an Autonomous Vehicle Triage Specialist, you'll:
- Receive issue reports from vehicle operators and engineers and perform first-level triage on them
- First-in-line for troubleshooting solutions to keep vehicles operational.
- Escalate issues to engineers and support issue resolution.
- Update and maintain issue tickets and troubleshooting documentation.
- Provide frequent reports on fleet status and issue trends to operations teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical job experience or a technical degree
- Experience with troubleshooting issues on computers or other hardware
- Experience with data entry
- Must be extremely detail-oriented

Commitment: This is a full-time, 6-month contract position (with the possibility of extension) staffed via HireArt. It is onsite in Mountain View, CA and open to candidates local to the Bay Area.
