Machine Learning Bootcamp Project Manager
Job requirements:
Project Manage tasks related to Machine Learning Bootcamp following and expanding on current project plan in place
o Create agendas for weekly meetings
o Attend weekly meetings and take notes to send to attendees post-meeting
o Maintain documents related to boot camp
o Ensure deadlines are met
Manage communications
o Draft, edit and send communications
Manage relationship with the vendor who leads the boot camp
Build presentation decks as needed
Assist with events
o Scheduling of all event-related tasks
o Drafting communications for events
o Working with tech support and comms teams prior to and during the event
o Create run of show for orientation and graduation for all classrooms
o Misc
tasks related to large events
Assist in mentoring process for boot camp graduates
o Monitor progress of graduates
o Check in with mentors
o Escalate any issues to Program Manager
o Work closely with Program Manager to ensure successful mentoring of all graduates post-boot camp
Additional tasks as they come up
Interact with Senior-level employees and Executives weekly
Additional tasks that may be assigned:
Gathering and reporting on daily polls data
o Being able to showcase percentages of polls on a daily, weekly, monthly basis, as well as an aggregate overview of individuals throughout the boot camp
o Compiling information shared by Launchpad into a word doc with a quick text overview and copying information into the doc
Owning surveys in Qualtrics
o Creating beginning, mid-point, and endpoint surveys based on our template using Qualtrics (templates exist, so this would only be tweaking the surveys as needed)
o Reconciling all surveys to make sure they are the same across all segments
o Reporting on survey results in a timely manner so we can make changes as needed

The main skill sets we need to ensure this person has:
Detail-oriented
Proactive
Willing to learn and if they dont know something will try to find the answer on their own first
Persistent
Strong communication skills
Ability to speak to large groups and executive-level employees
Intermediate to advanced at Excel and PowerPoint
Intermediate (at least) with data analysis
Preferred if they have used Qualtrics or another survey builder tool before
