Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally at a start-up or high-growth tech company.
- Has successfully run technical/technical-adjacent searches across AI/Client, engineering and data science.
- Has hands on sourcing experience.
- Connects well with others; proven ability to partner and influence at all levels to drive hiring goals; creates professional relationships with candidates to drive an empathetic, first-rate candidate experience.
- Process-oriented; eager to implement practices that make for a more efficient workflow.
- Practices excellent time management and organization.
