Strategic development of campaigns from ideation to execution

Cross-functional work with multiple departments including Product Marketing, Project Management, Merchandising, Brand Strategy and execution channels (digital, social, in-store, visual merchandising, local, etc.)
3
Entrepreneurial attitude and creative thinking
4
Problem-solving, solution-oriented experience in a brand / retail setting
5
Experience with achieving targets against marketing + sales objectives
6
Understanding and passion for culturally significant moments, impact work, values of REI
7
Business-minded marketing background
