Program Manager - Integrated Marketing
Specialized Skills/Duties:
1. Strategic development of campaigns from ideation to execution
2. Cross-functional work with multiple departments including Product Marketing, Project Management, Merchandising, Brand Strategy and execution channels (digital, social, in-store, visual merchandising, local, etc.)
3. Entrepreneurial attitude and creative thinking
4. Problem-solving, solution-oriented experience in a brand / retail setting
5. Experience with achieving targets against marketing + sales objectives
6. Understanding and passion for culturally significant moments, impact work, values of REI
7. Business-minded marketing background
