- 10+ years of experience in Full Cycle Recruiting
- Deep experience in Recruiting top Engineering talent for FAANG companies or similar in Bay Area or Seattle
- Deep understanding of equity-based compensation
- Proven experience in handling candidate objection and presenting a superior company pitch that truly depicts the way we are changing lives of millions of customers
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Proven record of taking ownership of hiring for business groups
- Ability to communicate and interact with executive stakeholders on hiring progress
- Understanding of Recruiting funnel and metrics
- Experience with CRM and ATS tools
- Drive to move with urgency and wow the customer to make sure we meet business expectations
- Knowledge of E-commerce and Web technologies domains and competitive landscape is a great plus
