3 months contract
M-F 8am-5pm (flexibility allowed) and Hybrid in office/remote
This role is 70% accounting support and 30% payroll processing.
BS Accounting Degree required (do not submit candidates without an accounting degree)
General Ledger 1 year required
Account Reconciliations 1 year required
Journal entries 1 year required
Process payroll for employees accurately and on time using UKG HRIS on a Biweekly cadence.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy for both exempt and non exempt employees
Calculate and process adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments.
Generate payroll reports as needed for management and regulatory purposes including but not limited to; benefit deductions, 401k, HSA/FSA.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Assist with payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed.
