MDM Support Engineer (Backfill for Joseph)
Role: Support Engineer (iOS platforms)
Location: Pleasanton, CA (Hybrid)
Type: 6-12 months+
Responsibilities:
• Break/Fix for Mobile Apple hardware (IOS)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Operate in AGILE environment
• Manage on-going deployment chat for IPADs
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
• Self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for delivering quality products
• Project participation where required
Qualifications:
• 2+ years supporting Apple IOS Platforms
• Working experience in Engineering Apple IOS solutions for large enterprise companies (50k+ devices)
• Ability to perform troubleshooting on IOS devices (IPADs)
• Experience working with MDM platforms, SOTI experience is a plus
• Deep working knowledge of IPADs
• Full understanding and working experience of PCI and HIPPA compliances
• Working experience in Microsoft Active Directory/Azure Active Directory applicable to Apple products
