Oracle Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Architect, configure, and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and various third-party applications/systems.
• Utilize your Oracle procurement background to design integration solutions that enhance procurement processes and data exchange.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the integration team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Oracle integration technologies and procurement processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to integration, ensuring the stability and reliability of the integration ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly with a focus on procurement modules.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration design patterns, best practices, and security considerations.
• Proficiency in Java, XML, REST, SOAP, and other relevant integration technologies and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor technical teams.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant Oracle certifications will be a plus.
