VMS SPECIALIST (FO)
Required Experience:
• 2-5 Years of Staffing, recruiting and operations experience.
• Experience with shortlisting candidates based on resumes and experience.
• Experience working with Hiring Managers.
• Strong communication, coordination and management skills.
• Experience with systems like Beeline, fieldglass etc.
• VMS or MSP experience is a plus
• Must know recruiting best practices, country specific regulations to ensure compliance
Description:
• Building relationships with stakeholders.
• Educating hiring managers on job market trends and practices; process compliance and delivery expectations etc.
• Experience in job posting on various sites as well as VMSs such as Beeline, Fieldglass etc.
• Prescreening job posting responses to shortlist best suited candidates.
• Maintain applicant database, compile and prepare job posting information.
• Coordinating interviews, offers, on-boarding, and other transactions.
• Report generation and analyzing data to understand business.
