Frontend Engineer

Job description

Client's is helping our client find a Frontend Engineer to play a crucial role in building intuitive and responsive user interfaces that leverage the latest frontend technologies.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance user experiences.

As a Frontend Engineer, you will:

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using modern technologies such as React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces by collaborating with designers and product managers.
• Implement data annotation platforms and public-facing chat products to support the company's AI initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of UI components.
• Improve existing applications and integrate with AI APIs to ensure cohesive user experiences and seamless interactions with AI models.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in frontend development, AI, and UX/UI design to continuously improve the company's products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience as a frontend engineer or similar role
• Proficiency in frontend development with strong experience in React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and a strong sense of good UX, with the ability to translate design wireframes into functional UI components
• Familiarity with integrating frontend applications with AI APIs, ensuring seamless user interaction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Demonstrated experience in building data annotation platforms or public-facing chat products will be a nice-to-have

Commitment: This is a full-time, 3-month contract position staffed via Client's. This is a remote position open to candidates based in the U.S. who can work regular local business hours.
