Creative Producer

Job Title: Creative Producer
Location: Fully Remote (Anywhere in United States)
Duration: 6 Months with possible extension
Pay Rate: $78 - $82/hr.
Employment Type: Contract


Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end production of creative campaigns, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery across digital, social, print, video, and experiential assets.
2. Partner closely with internal stakeholders across brand, design, marketing, product, and comms to align on project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resourcing schedules.
4. Track creative progress, organize stakeholder feedback, and ensure clarity and alignment across all project phases.
5. Support content production logistics including vendor coordination, photo/video shoots, usage rights, and file delivery.
6. Ensure all creative output meets client s brand and quality standards.
7. Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail and strategic oversight.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Creative Producer, or Content Producer within a marketing or creative environment (in-house or agency).
2. Deep understanding of creative workflows across digital, social, print, and content production.
3. Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar.
4. Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Proven ability to manage external partners, vendors, and production teams.
6. Highly organized and comfortable managing fast-paced projects with shifting priorities.
7. Experience working remotely with distributed teams.
