Adobe product analyst
As a member of the Marketing Systems team, the Adobe Customer Journey Product Developer is responsible for supporting key business goals as associated to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics for Adobe Experience Platform. In this position, the person must be able to work at the strategic level (identifying opportunities for growth) and at the tactical level (configuring data sets, developing dashboards, analyzing data, solving problems, and working with delivery teams for development). This position will also help capture and manage demand related to development of the platform capabilities and integration opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Have strong mastery of how Adobe's technology and other digital marketing technologies and platforms work together to deliver and analyze personalization at scale.
- 3-5 years' experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target configuration , and exposure to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics required. Hands on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Real Time CDP, Adobe Audience Manager and other associated Adobe solutions, are a plus.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and orchestration.
- Experience with online marketing and experience analytics.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Basic understanding of database management and APIs.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage documentation, recommendations, and best practices from Adobe to support roadmap and enable instrumentation for Customer Journey Analytics and relevant tasks in Adobe Experience Platform.
- Capture and effectively organize use cases, user stories, journey mapping, hypothesis development.
- Identification of KPIs, engagement & operational metrics for all aspects of the scope.
- Analysis of quant & qual data (internal and external) to aid in prioritization.
- Analysis of the competitive landscape and recommendations, as well as industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Technology partnership to evaluate technical constraints, complexities, & capabilities.
- Interview partners and facilitate working groups, one to one discussion, group showcase forums, etc. with the goal of uncovering operational and organizational impacts.
- Maintain outcome focus by adjusting roadmap, release strategy, & scope priorities based on realities of an agile environment.
- Business stakeholder interviews to understand operational complexities, strategic objectives and plans, impacts, and considerations.
