You have a curious mindset, you are innovative and bring creativity to improving processes with a keen eye for efficiency and simplicity
Demonstrated knowledge of organizational development programs
Excellence in organization communication, process improvement, project coordination, change management, and problem solving
Ability to navigate and establish priorities in a dynamic environment
Unquestionable business, personal integrity, and values congruent with those of ACI
Strong working knowledge and comfort with technology (e.g
Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
High attention to detail
Desire to learn and continually improve your craft
We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
2-5 years of experience in supporting learning / human resources programs within an organization, preferably in a matrix environment
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with a related degree
