Director, Analytics & Optimization

• $163,560-$272,520 Annually (based on job, location, and schedule)
   
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify gaps in our testing capabilities, build a roadmap to deliver stakeholder tests, develop digital analytics standards & best practices for all tests in our domain
• Partner with Product Analytics to ensure consistent measurement standards and to reduce conflicts between tests
• Advise digital analytics functions on statistical best
• Integrate additional targeting attributes into Adobe Test & Target to enhance targeting capabilities for testing and personalization efforts
• Hire, develop and onboard a team of anaalysts and testing experts to deliver against roadmap
• Develop prioritization framework to communicate business & customer value to cross-functional partners and determine best resource allocation to meet stakeholder goals

Requirements:

• B.A. required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, and e-commerce /or retail analytics
• Minimum 3 years leading Testing & Optimization practice with background in statistics
• Minimum 3 years managing and building teams
• Experience in digital merchandising, product management or marketing preferred
• Experience with web analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics
• Experience working closely with Engineering/Software development teams to drive testing initiatives

• Must be able to view complex data for extended periods of time

• Full Time Ability to work a flexible schedule based on need.
• Consistently demonstrate regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• An understanding of basic HTML/CSS

• Working with developers to debug basic Javascript
• Mobile App testing experience
