Responsibilities
• Drive and own full program life cycle from initiation to enablement
Develop and manage medium to complex multi-functional program schedules, identify risks, manage scope and resource changes and monitor progress against plan
• Define, generate, and assess metrics and key performance indicators for the program
Provide all the necessary data to support critical decision-making
• Lead informally across the organization to challenge the status quo and develop better ways to support the R&D organization and its stakeholders
• Establish best practices and standards, including developing consistent and well-documented processes, templates, training, and mentoring on best practices and standards
• Ensure effective communication across multi-functional teams consisting of Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Global Customer support and other customer facing teams
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience in program management/operations in a high-tech company, preferably a SaaS company
• Excellent analytical skills in rationalizing and prioritizing information from many different sources, including the ability to work with large data sets to provide key insights
• Experience in driving programs for Go to Market (GTM), Business Development or Sales Operations
• Extensive experience in working with Engineers, Product Manager and GTM teams
• Proven history of driving successful programs and leading change across an organization with the programs
• Expertise and hands on experience with common business applications and tools, such as JIRA, Salesforce.com, Excel, G-Suite, Smartsheets, etc
• Outstanding written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
Ability to create and deliver clear executive-level communications and tailor messages to different internal and external audiences
