Technical Project Manager

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.

• 8+ years of Project Management experience, with an Application Development or Technical Project Management background and proven record delivering multiple concurrent technology solutions.

• Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus; MBA a plus

• Expert level skills in project planning, budget estimation and management, resource planning and assessment, financial planning and risk assessment.

• Expert knowledge of Project Management Methodology and Tools (e.g.: SDLC, Agile, MS Project, Excel, Jira, Confluence etc.) with expert knowledge of Project Management Disciplines.

• Ability to provide consultative know how to Senior Management, IT, Stake Holders and Business Groups on project management.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to balance competing priorities.

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.

• Strong people management skills.

• Strong expectation management, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.

• Strong ability to collaborate across various groups, build relationships and manage effectively in a matrix organization with people are often remote workers.

• Strong ability to motivate teams and coach / mentor team members where appropriate or necessary.

• Able to have fun while inspiring team members to excel.

• Expert knowledge of process evaluation

• Experience delivering health technology solutions is a plus.

• Experience in corporate retail environments a plus.

• Familiarity with healthcare services, HIPAA regulations.

• Self-motivated person who takes initiative and able to work independent of daily direction.
