Job Title: Project Manager/Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager/Coordinator to oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will excel in managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to deliver successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project management or coordination.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
Preferred Skills:
