Position: 1
Duration: end of the year, potential to extend, will be a long term project.
React.JS- Senior Lead developer. Code more than 70% of the time. Needs to be in React, should know NodeJS, Visual IDE. Writing codes in React is what is needed. Team has some junior developers as well.
Day to day- work with the product team and getting the requirement, work on coding and will be working on tickets. Needs to be doing 70-80% of the time doing coding. Will be interacting with the Product Managers and Scrum Masters. Will be doing Unit & Junit Testing.
Must have Javascript, Typescript. Should know how Restful API s work.
Nice to have: Talking to people, user stories.
Yrs of experience: 8+ yrs of experience in React. Bachelors degree needed.
Industry: any background is fine.
Interview: 2 rounds, 1 will be initial screening- 45mins. 2 nd round 1.5hrs for technical screening.
Work hours: if there is a delivery issue but that s rare.
Building an internal tool, web based application. Legacy application. 2 nd way is a UI application.


Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:

We are looking for a Senior Lead developer who has 8+ years of experience in design and development of React.js applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Solid developer and make it work mindset and approach.
Lead the design of React.js applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Work with other developers, providing guidance on React.js best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and code quality.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in React.js and frontend development, incorporating new technologies and best practices into our development processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our development workflows.
Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.js.
Proven track record of designing and implementing complex React.js applications from conception to deployment.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
Deep understanding of frontend builds tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript programming.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
