- Provide analytical and technical support for Business Intelligence activities by proficiently using SQL.
- Build relationships and conduct research on the teams' data needs.
- Develop and deliver business intelligence solutions, primarily dashboards, and corresponding analysis plans.
- Design and implement data pipelines, data repositories, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure appropriate data security and implement access controls.
- Provide team support, ad hoc data pulls, and drive usage and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of the team s tools, skills, culture and impact.
- Work with product leaders to understand objectives and formulate quantifiable business questions.
- Create metrics and insights that can scale - think locally, solve globally.
- Design and build data workflows (ETL) supporting reports and insights that can operate on massive data sets.
- Deliver insights into the data by creating reports, dashboards, slides, and other visualizations for product leaders.
- Partner with engineering teams to understand, design, and improve upstream data sources and help build the right applications and systems.
- Ensure data quality and reporting data integrity.
- Provide training to our users, stakeholders.
