Full-Time
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST, hybrid, 3 days per week in Raleigh office
Must have experience with Salesforce CRM including Sales cloud, Experience cloud, Marketing cloud, Commerce cloud, Data cloud and related products.
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and development tools including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
Should possess thorough knowledge of various Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
Expert knowledge of Salesforce security best practices and management of roles, profiles, data sharing rules, shield etc.,
Ability to monitor and report on Salesforce logins and usage of community licenses.
Ability to automate deployment of Salesforce code/configuration changes to higher environments.
Ability to review and understand the downstream impacts of a change request and anticipate opportunities to improve it.
Ability to proactively identify problems and prepare solutions for resolution.
Bachelor s Degree a 4-year undergraduate degree in business, IT or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a proven track record of managing Salesforce orgs for customers.
1+ years of experience in Copado or equivalent DevOps tools for Salesforce deployments.
Salesforce certifications is a must (Platform Developer 1, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)
Proficiency in Jira, MuleSoft, Tableau, Confluence software.
Knowledge of integration with Heroku, AWS and other third-party SaaS platforms.
