Support Specialist
Description:
• 1-2+ years of experience with providing support.
• Experience with on-boarding and worker activation.
• First point of customer contact for support general inquiries like transactions status, worker status, etc.
• Ensures excellent customer service through fast and accurate resolution of queries
Competencies
• Strong experience in Support and coordination activities pertaining to hiring.
• Prioritizing and time management
• Customer oriented and result-driven
• Process and data driven attitude
• Experience with systems like beeline, fieldglass etc.
• VMS MSP experience
