Tibco BE/BW Techno-functional Consultant

Position Summary:

A Techno-functional Consultant in Tibco BE (Business Events) and BW (Business Works) typically has a hybrid role that combines both technical and functional responsibilities. This role involves working with Tibco's suite of products to develop, design, implement, and maintain solutions for business processes.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience working as a Tibco BE/BW Techno-functional Consultant or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Tibco BE/BW suite of products, including BusinessEvents, BusinessWorks, and ActiveMatrix.
• Configure Tibco BE/BW applications based on business requirements. Develop custom components and adapters when necessary.
• Implement integration solutions using Tibco BE/BW with other systems and applications within the enterprise architecture.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Certifications such as Tibco Certified Professional (TCP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
