PCCT Pre-production Engineering Manufacturing Support

Job Description Summary
As Photon Counting CT (PCCT) Pre-production Engineering Manufacturing Support at our Waukesha site, you will perform diverse and complex assignments in support of Client's product manufacturing for the new detector engineering program.
This role will support manufacturing of the CT detector and subcomponents for the PCCT engineering program by operating precise production equipment. Successful candidates will have a safety-oriented mindset and able to meet delivery goals in a complex and dynamic environment. This role will interface with process owners to receive direction and to provide feedback on the existing processes. Additional assignments may include execution and documentation of experiments designed by the engineering team.

Responsibilities
1. Equipment set up for production in accordance to specified settings.
2. Operation of developmental process including accurate digital records of the work performed as required for company s quality policy
3. Proactively identify hazards and assist in resolution of safety concerns
4. Suggest improvements to current processes and work instructions
5. Assist the execution of previously designed experiments
6. Collaborate with engineering personnel for process development and improvement
7. Address and/or escalate abnormalities with equipment quality and production flow
8. Visually inspect components and manipulate features under a microscope to resolve discrepancies
9. From detailed instructions, set up equipment for material recovery (rework) when applicable
10. Comply with daily safety, quality, and delivery goals
11. Assist with ensuring equipment readiness when equipment is in idle state
12. Maintain workstation in an orderly state following the 5S protocol while meeting all requirements of a cleanroom environment

Required Qualifications:
1. Associates degree, or a High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years technical experience
2. Proficiency to logically troubleshoot at subsystem and system level, using identifiable problem solving techniques
3. Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
4. Fine motor skills and high levels of visual acuity
5. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
