Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced QE (Quality Engineering) Engineer/Lead with a strong background in automation and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects in the Generative AI space and will be responsible for leading testing efforts to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
- QE with LLM exp
- Quality engineer, automated testing with GEN AI space
- Working on ML, GEN AI project
- Enough to know what is GEN AI & ML
- Domain expertise is required
- end-to-end testing initiatives for GenAI-related applications and platforms.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Mentor and guide offshore QE teams to meet project goals.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in quality engineering and continuous integration.
- Proven experience as a QE managing automation projects.
- Hands-on expertise with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
- Experience working on projects involving Generative AI is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
