Job Overview:
- We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Java backend development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work in an agile environment, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop highly responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
- Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and stand-up meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in Java backend technologies, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with GraphQL and WebSocket s.
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
