BI Analyst

Description:
Provide analytical and technical support for Business Intelligence activities by proficiently using SQL.
Build relationships and conduct research on the teams' data needs
Develop and deliver business intelligence solutions, primarily dashboards, and corresponding analysis plans
Design and implement data pipelines, data repositories, dashboards, and reports
Ensure appropriate data security and implement access controls
Provide team support, ad hoc data pulls, and drive usage and satisfaction
Contribute to the development of the team s tools, skills, culture and impact
Work with product leaders to understand objectives and formulate quantifiable business questions
Create metrics and insights that can scale - think locally, solve globally
Design and build data workflows (ETL) supporting reports and insights that can operate on massive data sets
Deliver insights into the data by creating reports, dashboards, slides, and other visualizations for product leaders
Partner with engineering teams to understand, design, and improve upstream data sources and help build the right applications and systems
Ensure data quality and reporting data integrity
Provide training to our users, stakeholders.
