We are actively seeking a results-oriented and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our dynamic team. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies, overseeing comprehensive communication efforts, and managing our online presence to align with our organization's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication plans to drive lead generation, using tools like Google Ads and HubSpot for account-based marketing strategies, targeted and retargeted advertising
- Organize, promote, and host webinars that engage our target audience and build brand awareness
- Create compelling, SEO-optimized content for various platforms, including our website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials, ensuring consistency in message and tone across all channels
- Manage the organization's online presence, including website updates, overseeing social media accounts, and curating an engaging blog
- Monitor and analyze marketing and communications performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to maximize results
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing and communication efforts align with overall business objectives
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with media, industry organizations, and strategic partners
- Stay current on industry trends and innovations, incorporating them into our marketing and communication strategies as relevant
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a digital agency environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with content management systems, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools
- Experience with HubSpot, Ads platforms, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
