Mobile QA Automation Engineer
Role: Mobile QA Automation Engineer
Location: Pleasanton, CA ( Hybrid)
Type: 12 months+ or 6 months C2H
LOCAL & W2 only.
Description
What are the top 3-5 responsibilities expected of this worker?
Lead a small team of mobile QA Automation engineers to test native Android and iOS mobile App features
Debug software products using systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products
Develop an automation roadmap, develop and enhance automation suite
Develop, modify, and execute automated scripts and programs for testing
Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software
What are your top 3-5 skills in an ideal candidate?
- Hands-on experience writing test automation scripts in both Java and JS.
- Familiarity with test engineering tools such as JUnit, Selenium, Note JS, Unix Shell scripting, JMeter, JIRA, Charles Proxy, Android Studio, xCode, GIT, and SQL
- Experience with Cucumber\JBehave, BDD, TestNG testing frameworks
- Able to test back end API's (SOAP and REST) and front-end UI applications
- Demonstrated knowledge of CI/CD tools to integrate the Automation scripts
10+ years of overall experience in test automation techniques for complex interdependent programs/projects.
Education/Certification - 4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field)
