Localization Data Analytics Manager and Program Manager
Localization Business Analyst and Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Localization team by identifying strategic opportunities in the field of data analysis, improving our intake and reporting processes, creating dashboards for the Localization team, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. This position will work closely with the Localization Program Manager and interact with vendors and clients worldwide. Localization BI and PgM must have 3+ years of business analysis experience
Essential Functions:
- Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our analytical and business needs
- Set up a system to monitor cost and spend per product, channel, series
- Create monthly/quarterly/yearly reports by tracking cost, projects per product, channel activity, series length, and other key metrics
- Set up a framework for proving Localization ROI by tracking impact metrics and cross analyzing them against spend
- Research drivers of the Localization business
- Analyze key metrics to uncover trends and root causes of issues
- Track feedback from Product Areas & communicate with vendors to implement changes
- Promote Localization through storytelling by creating insightful pitch decks and case studies
Technical Skills and Experience:
- BIA Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in business intelligence and analytics tools.
- Expertise in SQL (must), Google Sheets or Excel (must) and python for data manipulation (optional)
- KPI design
- Data visualization
- Project Management Experience
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Gantt chart and OKR design
- Collaboration with the Product Managers, Program Managers and Operations teams on process improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
