Macys is looking for a talented Technology Manager to lead our Supply Chain Product Management team.  As a Manager, you will report to either a Sr Manager or Director and lead a team of talented product and technical product managers, in collaboration with software engineers, you will own delivery of technical solutions which meet established Objectives & Key Results
You will foster an environment of continuous improvement in all aspects of technology delivery
You will operate as a talent magnet by recruiting and hiring talent as well as coaching and mentoring your team members in their careers. 
What You Will Do
  • You will build and lead a team of product/technical product managers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback and hands-on career development
  • Enable timely delivery of technical solutions swiftly and predictably, adjusting in an agile fashion to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
  • Advocate and advance modern, agile software development practices and help develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices
  • Grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with the company values
  • Partner with Engineering, UX Design, Architects, and other Product Management teams in building delightful experiences for our customers and colleagues
  • Manage vendor partners for quality and outcomes
Who you are:
  • Experienced:  You have 2+ years managing and/or leading product managers and a proven track record of leading teams in building software solutions in an agile development environment.
