Front Office Specialist (Costa Rica)
Role: Front-office Specialist
Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer
loyalty.
Partner with business to aid in job posting candidate fulfillment
Maintain applicant database, compile, and prepare job posting information
First point of customer contact for support general inquiries like help in renewals, supplier/worker onboarding, JP
Transactions status, etc.
Manage all stages (end to end service) of contingent worker transaction lifecycle within the Vendor Management
System (VMS)
Build relationships with hiring managers by providing consultative solutions for their hiring needs; Be the VOC and
provide inputs to improvement ideas
Ensure the hiring manager is educated on program, process, service and delivery expectations and be the 1st line of
compliance
Prepare and conduct the necessary program-related trainings to hiring manager
Understand contingent worker recruitment standard methodologies, country regulations and industry trends to be able
to contribute add service to Cisco hiring managers
Report generation and analyzing data to understand business.
Competencies
Staffing, recruiting and operations experience
Proven partner and 3rd party supplier communication and management skills
Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills, builds bridges easily.
Yellow Belt (Minimum), Green Belt (Preferred) for problem solving and continual improvement.
MSP and VMS experience .
