Project Manager/Scrum Manager - Stores

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Project Manager/Scrum Manager with a strong background in project management and business understanding, specifically focusing on store-side operations. In this role, you will oversee the successful delivery of store-side projects and products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective collaboration among stakeholders. Your ability to balance Agile methodologies with strategic project management will be critical to achieving our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for store-side initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
• Act as the Scrum Manager, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand store-side business needs, define project scope, and establish objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress to ensure milestones are met.
• Bridge the gap between business, product, and engineering teams to drive project and product success.
• Identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
• Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve project outcomes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet business expectations, quality standards, and operational requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project management, including Agile/Scrum environments.
• Demonstrated experience working on store-side initiatives, with an understanding of operations, processes, and technologies.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe) is preferred.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and relevant store-side technologies.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in hybrid work environments and managing distributed teams is a plus.
