You will be responsible for developing communication touchpoints and executing through the appropriate channel
You'll ensure that the right message gets to the right person via the suitable medium, thereby driving growth, customer satisfaction, and brand loyalty.

• 3+ years' Data-oriented and robust understanding of segmentation
• 3+ years' in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

What You'll Do
- Support execution for customer engagement and lifecycle communications
- Oversee B2C email marketing operations and deployment
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and drive communication journeys and communications that support their business needs while maintaining an optimal experience for the customer
- Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its suite of tools build and deliver customer communication
- Identify and develop new automations and/or triggers to increase customer engagement and customer lifetime value
- QA processes to ensure emails are accurate and deployed on time
- Monitor and maintain email deliverability best practices
- A customer-centric approach to everything you do with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform exceptional interactions throughout the customer journey
- 2+ year's experience with architecting communication journeys
- 3+ year's experience in email marketing or marketing automation
- Data-oriented and robust understanding of segmentation
- Demonstrated knowledge of email marketing best practices
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a proven track record of highly effective collaboration
- High energy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
