Lifecycle Marketing Contributor
What You ll Do:
- Execute and launch lifecycle initiatives across email, SMS, and direct mail.
- Support strategic development to convert and cross-sell along the customer journey.
- Design and run experiments to drive incremental lifts and gain insights.
- Analyze both engagement and performance metrics to measure performance against goals and track weekly and monthly trends.
- Segment audience to target with customized engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data, engineering, and inter-teams within marketing.
What We Need:
- Min 4+ yrs in lifecycle marketing including lead conversion, cross-sell, retention.
- Min 2+ yrs of hands-on execution experience using tools like Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, though Bloomreach is ideal.
- Strong analytical skills to gain insights and measure impact, lift, and attribution.
- Has worked in dynamic and fast-paced environments while wearing multiple hats.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills, adept at seamlessly managing multiple projects.
