Key Responsibilities
- Define a consistent, accessible styling language for Material 3 components
- Build a standalone accessibility style guide for certain components with tokens, usage guidance, and examples
- Audit and refine existing AI styling to align with A11y and inclusive design standards
- Collaborate with systems, engineering, and AI UX partners to land scalable, compliant solutions
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in UX/design systems
- Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems (tokens, documentation, audits)
- Skilled in Figma component libraries, plugin tooling, and accessibility inspection tools
- Comfortable working across product surfaces and system abstraction layers
- Bonus: Deep knowledge of WCAG, GAR, and EAA regulations
- Bonus: Prior experience with Android, Material Design, or AI interface design
