This role will support the ongoing governance and oversight of the Business Resiliency & Response programs within the Cisco
The Analyst will report directly to the Sr
Manager – Business Resiliency and Response Unit and will support in oversight of specific business units' business continuity readiness as well as leadership of the Business Resiliency & Response – Exercise Program.

Cisco is seeking a qualified business continuity professional to function as a Corporate Security – Business Resiliency Program Analyst at the Cisco account in RTP, North Carolina
Primarily a remote worker role
The hours of work would typically be Monday to Friday however this would vary based on real world significant events, impacting Cisco Operations
Analyst will need to operate in a flexible work schedule environment, as we have team members in India and United States, and business partners across the globe
In the event that there is a requirement to attend meetings outside of these hours then time in lieu would be taken (coordinated between the successful candidate and the vendor Account Manager)
The candidate must have strong collaboration and relation-building skills and be able to make appropriate manage day to day activities and prioritize the work based on emerging and priority safety and security situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and other compliance requirements are maintained.
Responsible for supporting BRR team with emerging business continuity initiatives.
Support the creation of new documents at a global level.
Prepare, coordinate and execute exercises for Cisco Business Units.
Oversee annual BC exercise requirements for all Cisco Business Units.
BRR PM on Exercise program.
Prepare reports for Sr Leadership on metrics / business insights on BRR Exercise Program
