We re looking for a Project Manager to join the B2B Automation Strategy team within Digital Experience
You ll support planning and process development within the Automation Strategy team, helping to increase alignment with our stakeholder groups
In this role, you ll be responsible for supporting status communication and planning of the teams overall roadmap, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance process.
Responsibilities
Drive project timelines and ensure all key milestones and due dates are communicated frequently to the larger internal project team and any agency partners
Independently steward day-to-day project management of multiple small to mid-scale projects, serving as a daily point of contact with cross-functional partners
Maintain oversight of project status and feed into a weekly leadership status report
Support Program Managers in developing and updating project plans for automation/Marketo projects including information such as project objectives, systems, scope, specifications, schedules.
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Process Management; identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the Automation Strategy team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment.
Desired Skills And Experience
B2B Tech marketing experience with at least 5+ years of project management experience
Well versed in Marketing Operations/Automation in a B2B context
Understanding of Marketo platform and Salesforce project a must
Experience working within a matrix organisation
Previous consulting experience a plus.
Strong technical background and understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
Ability to understand, assess/triage tickets and respond appropriately in line with roadmap
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
