Front End Engineer (React/Next.js)

I hope you're doing well! My name is Pratik, and I’m with BayOne Solutions, a staffing firm based in Pleasanton, CA. We are hiring a Front End Engineer (FTE) for our direct client and are looking to fill this role as soon as possible with the right skill set. Below are the details:

• Job Title: Front End Engineer
• Job Type: Full-Time Employee (FTE)
• Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
• Location: On-site in San Francisco preferred

• Senior, Hands-on Role – Ideal for candidates with strong front-end expertise and some backend experience (80% Front-End, 20% Backend).
• Startup Experience – Must have worked in an early-stage startup (Seed or Series A) for at least the last 3–4 years.
• React/Next.js Expertise – Proven experience in developing scalable front-end applications within cross-functional teams.
• SaaS Background – Preferably with experience building SaaS platforms.
• Product & System Design – Ability to architect scalable solutions based on customer needs.
• Social Media & AI Integration – Experience building or integrating AI solutions within social platforms is a strong plus.
• Self-Starter Mindset – Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.

• Salary: $130K–$150K base
• Equity: 0.25% – 1% (varies based on experience & salary)
